About Us
Monarch Springs Ranch is a new luxury microhome community for active adults located just 1 hour north of Dallas on a scenic wildlife preserve. We are a private, exclusive, gated, tiny home, and park model park for 55+ active adults. With just 12 lots on 20 beautiful, wooded acres in a nature preserve, enjoying a 5-acre fully stocked pond, 3 docks, a community garden, shared green spaces, fire pits, a dog park, walking and hiking paths and fields of wildflowers. Our park design provides the sense of community of yesteryear. Homes with large front porches surround a shared green space, with walking paths and communal areas for the natural connection with nature and your neighbors on a daily basis.
